Cameron Dyal's Motorsport Logic & APC sponsored EVO 8MR - 5th in Dutton Rally
Spanning 32 events over the weekend of the 24th/25th of February and including more than 50 of the most comprehensive Dutton Rally competitors, Cameron and co driver Allan positioned outright 5th as a team, 4th as driver and 8th in co driver standings.
Still set up with 285AWkw's, they competed in all 32 events with no issues apart from a minor braking issue that was sorted before the next stage of the 32 event schedule.
Well done from the team at APC.

APC/Motorsport Logic EVO 8MR goes 11.9@120Mph in testing!
Still set up for circuit racing from Friday, Cameron Dyal reeled off an 11.9@120Mph on a test mission at Saturday night's street meet at Willowbank Raceway to see what his purpose build circuit EVO could do down the quarter with 283AWkw's.
After his successful track day, setting new personal best's and coming 2nd only to a 1000HP GTR, you could say that Cameron was a very happy man. He elapsed his times on the circuit as follows:
- Clubman - New 59.64 / Old 100.61
- Sprint - New 55.83 / 57.30
But that wasn't enough, so Cameron and the APC team decided to leave the EVO on the trailer and go testing out on the drag strip to see what it would reel off on the quarter. With all fours spinning, accumulating slow 60 foot times, the EVO 8MR still ran an amazing 120Mph and an 11.9sec elapsed time.
Cameron and the APC/Motorsport Logic team will be heading to the Dutton Rally late this month and also setting the EVO up for drag racing at the Mini Jamboree in late March (31st). We will see what she can deliver - Watch this space!
