This vehicle is fitted with a Motec Plug & Play engine management system that simply fits inside of the OEM factory ECU case, a Motorsport Logic exhaust system that won't drive you crazy on long trips with noise.
The vehicle retains the factory boost level and power is gained by fine tuning the air fuel ratio & ignition timing via the Motec M800 ECU. As you can see by the Dyno graphs indicate that the power delivery is smoother as compared to standard. The boost curve is also much smoother more what you'd expect them to be like from Mitsubishi. The fuel maps factory is very rich and after they are leaner but still retain a very safe air fuel ratio. This power can be expected from every Evo VIII and still retain daily drivability without compromising the engines reliability.
